a Free Transportation Service to Non-Emergency healthcare Appointments
El Concilio’s Medical Transportation Services provide a safe and comfortable Non-Emergency transportation to health care appointment locations within the city of Stockton.
Non-Emergency medical transportation involves getting patients to and from the source of medical care. We assist clients from time to pick-up to drop-off to make sure that they get there safely and on time.
Door-to-Door Transportation Services
We provide rides from a patient’s home or work site to an appointment at the health center, with a specialist, or to see a social service provider.
