CalGrows is a California Department of Aging (CDA) program designed to support caregivers of older adults and people with disabilities by improving their skills through in-person classes and online training courses, 1:1 career coaching, and up to $6,000 in rewards payments.

El Concilio California is offering free classes on how to care for an older adult or adult with a disability. This program teaches individuals about elderly nutrition, common diseases, depression/loneliness, abuse, CPR certification, and more! Classes are offered in English and Spanish and are three hours long. Paid caregivers will receive a $2,500 incentive for taking the courses.
